    Dear Seattle Pipeline winner picker,
Please grace me with the opportunity to spoil my man with something far more impressive than a dinner date. When my bf works nights and I work days, we can hardly find time to hang out except when we’re literally sleeping. He even works NYE but I would love to offer him this exquisite opportunity to celebrate a truly progressive year we’ve had together. We haven’t had the chance to dress fancy in front of each other, other than when we go through each other’s closets and point at our suits/dresses. I’ve seen him tie a bowtie, he deserves to show it off! I will be forever grateful to all Pipeline employees.
    Thank you,
    – Mel

I would love to have the opportunity to go to this New Year’s Eve party. I have been in a relationship with my bf for 4 strong years now and our anniversary is on January 2nd. This would be such an awesome way for us to celebrate not only the New Year but our Anniversary!! This is the first time we actually get to celebrate the New Year as we would hope so and it really would mean a lot to me since it is hard for him to be out and about. This would be the perfect night! I am so looking forward to this night!!!! Thank you in advance

  16. Yvonne December 13, 2016 at 1:47 pm #

  23. Meaghan December 13, 2016 at 4:51 pm #

I live in Japan, and work as a reporter for a broadcasting company there. Work hours are not the same overseas, I generally work 6-7 days a week 10-13 hours a day. It is incredibly difficult for me to find the time for a proper holiday…to complicate things my family is spread out all over the so one year if I could swing a visit to the states, I could see my brother, I couldn’t see my sister, father but not mother, etc…In Japan Christmas is the big party time (hence all the feels, missing cozy home time with my American relatives) but NY is the time for family and friends to gather and so vice versa I feel lonely and homesick for my family in Japan when overseas. It can’t be helped, no matter what the holidays are hard to manage for anyone I think, but logistically I can never meet everyone’s or even my own hopes and expectations…I’d love to have a distraction. Especially this year, my father’s also getting on in years, and has had some major health issues recently…so he’s finally been nudged and cajoled into moving near my sister and her family in Seattle. This will be the first time in a long time that we all can be together and I am thrilled, but my sister already has plans for NYE and my father (the loveable old fart) will be asleep before the countdown starts. My nephews and nieces don’t want their aunt tagging along…to be honest, it feels really lonely. I haven’t lived in the states for years, and don’t have any friends to invite me out that night. And no idea what to do with myself to not feel like my once a year time off isn’t being wasted moping!

  24. Marie Thompson December 13, 2016 at 5:39 pm #

I just moved back to Seattle after a 30 year leave of absence. I think it would be a great way to bring in 2017!

  25. Elizabeth December 13, 2016 at 6:47 pm #

Seattle Pipeline you promote and give away tickets for some very cool looking events. I did not even know that SUITE Restaurant existed until I read about this event on your webpage. This sounds like a very unique, fun and classy way to ring in 2017 with my husband. I would very excited to win tickets to this event.

  30. Sierra December 14, 2016 at 8:11 pm #

My best friend and I are going to be in Seattle for New Years Eve coming from Portland Oregon! We’re both graduating from college this year and it’ll be our last new years in the states for a few years as we’re both entering the Peace Corps this summer to serve others around the world! This would be a great end to our college careers, and a great way to bring in the new year as we get ready to live the rest of our lives!

  31. Tia H December 14, 2016 at 9:33 pm #

Looking to end 2016 on a high note, and welcome 2017 with the best attitude possible! Needless to say, this year has had its downs–there was the politics (or lackthereof). Then, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, and confined to my home for several months. Now, I’m turning over a new leaf and starting fresh by living in the moment and celebrating what matters. Life is so valuable, and it is critical that we cherish each day, and year, as if it were our last. A chance to share in this event would mean so much, and would allow myself and the loved ones who got me through the tough times to bid 2016 adieu–in style!

  32. Malerie Springer December 15, 2016 at 12:33 pm #

My birthday is Dec 22nd and this would be amazing to take my spouse parents and sister to experience this and have an amazing time together.

It’s so easy to take a back seat for yourself and your needs, your adult relationships, after having kids. This would be an amazing prize to win and celebrate our relationship, the new year, and some new beginnings that we’ve been working on this year! Cheers to 2017 <3

For the past 7 weeks, I’ve been deployed to the East Coast, working to assist the federal government’s clean up and recovery for people affected by the flooding from Hurricane Matthew. We’ve had exhausting, 10 hour days, and I will not be home in time to enjoy the early part of Christmas with my family – but I do get to come home for three days around New Years Eve before I have to return for all of January – I would love to win tickets to this exciting party so that my wife and I can celebrate in style before I return to the East coast again to finish my work here!
